Riding for Joy, Representation & Realness | Zone2Speak Podcast Feature

It’s been a hectic start to the year, but after numerous attempts at scheduling I finally got the chance to sit down with Juliana – the voice behind Zone2Speak podcast – to chat all things cycling.

Listen To Zone2Speak Podcast Episode:

And, incase we’ve not met before, I’m Elle – the creator behind ‘keep it simpElle’. I’m a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Cycling Coach based in Essex.

When it comes to cycling, I particularly love road and gravel riding and when winter hits, I’m a huge fan of indoor cycling on Zwift. I’ve also been a Liv Cycling UK ambassador for the past ~6 years and am super proud to both support and be supported by the brand.

I absolutely live for supporting women to choose and find their strong, be that through cycling, running or general fitness.

Here’s some feedback about this podcast episode that Juliana shared with me:

“Just listened to 2 episodes of your podcast…the Canadian and the British woman. The latter was really great. Maybe because of the British “cut the crap” attitude and her running background.”
